About Us Interior Roofing – a well-established, growing, and reputable commercial roofing and sheet metal company serving BC since 1976 – is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our dynamic team in Penticton, BC.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a commercial/residential roofing company.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
- Specialized Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, including 2 ply and single ply membranes, metal roofing, installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain security clearance and bonding.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, manage subcontractors, vendors, and employees.
- Certifications: Red Seal Trades Certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the daily workflow of assigned projects, ensuring completion on schedule within the labor hours budgeted.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards required by our company and the RCABC, ensuring all work meets or exceeds these standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards at all times, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Team Supervision: Directly supervise and mentor roofing technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on job sites, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordination: Closely coordinate production and material control function activities.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Superintendent, providing updates on project progress and any issues that arise.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with contractors and inspectors.
Compensation and Benefits
- Wage Range: $42.50 - $48.50 per hour, depending on experience.
