Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, blast chillers, and custom cooling solutions.• Operate advanced diagnostic tools and programming equipment to repair, adjust, and optimize system performance.• Install, customize, and commission refrigeration and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.• Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial appliances such as prep tables, reach-ins, ice machines, slushy machines, and HVAC systems.• Replace defective components and reassemble systems using soldering, brazing, and other professional techniques.• Provide accurate work estimates, maintain detailed service records, and deliver excellent customer support.• Stay updated on industry best practices, equipment innovations, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC service, installation, and repair.• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, multimeters, gauges, and soldering/brazing equipment.• Strong understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Licence/Certification:
- driver's license (required)
- Gas (G2/3) (preferred)
- air conditioning & refrigeration license 313A (preferred)
