As a Practice Lead, Client Relations, Group Retirement Savings, your role is to support the manager of the National Client Relations Centre (CRC) team by contributing to team management and key identified initiatives, ensuring that clients and intermediaries receive best-in-class service. You will coordinate and guide a group of experienced professionals and may participate in management activities. Drawing on your strong practical knowledge of the group retirement savings sector, you will leverage your experience to support various internal projects and identified initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and strengthening the CRC service offering. More specifically, you will be required to:

Participate in planning and managing your unit’s priorities, as well as allocating resources across various mandates
- Assign identified requests to team members and ensure they are completed
- Ensure compliance with and effective use of practices, procedures, methodologies, and tools to achieve your unit’s objectives
- Act as a subject-matter expert within your practice and contribute to its development
- Produce and organize complex, strategic work and deliverables within your practice
- Provide expert support services and mentorship in various analyses, process development, tailored approaches, and handling of special cases

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of eight years of relevant experience

Hold a Group annuity representative certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers (in Quebec) or a Life Insurance license (in the rest of Canada)

Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking parteners, members and/or clients

Advanced expertise in the group retirement plans sector
