The Project Coordinator is responsible to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure each project adheres to timelines and deliverables through specific processes.
- Communicate and follow-up on plans, actions, risks, issues, etc with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow-up on day-to-day activities in the project scope of work.
- Responsible for helping team work through roadblocks.
- Analysis of project data and transferring information into usable internal reports and practical customer reports.
- Assisting Project Manager and Project Manager Office with administration processes and functions.
- Facilitate internal project launch and tracking of projects from inception to shipping.
- Create and maintain project timelines supported by cross functional teams.
- Participate in regular customer meetings to discuss project status, open issues and timing.
- Track key measures and engineering changes.
- Achieve project readiness within agreed upon timelines, scope and budget.
- Track and maintain project artifacts in accordance with departmental requirements.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College diploma in related field and or relevant work experience required.
- 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes an asset.
