Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic with minimum 2 years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to perform repairs efficiently and accurately. This role involves working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, utilizing a range of tools and technical schematics to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs and modifications
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and vehicle diagrams for accurate repairs
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues
- Assist with assembly of vehicle components and parts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to clients
- Work with team members to ensure timely completion of all repair orders
Requirements
- Proven mechanic experience with strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively .
- Knowledge of automotive assembly processes is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required.
