A2627-05 Associate Superintendents (2)
We are seeking two full-time positions to commence at the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The Associate Superintendents will report to the Superintendent. Salary and Benefits are highly competitive in the education sector and will reflect the successful candidate's education and experience. The successful candidate's must demonstrate that they can contribute to an executive team that is committed to improving the overall achievement and engagement of all stakeholders and be responsible for the coordination and delivery of services to benefit students throughout the jurisdiction.
Dependent on the successful candidate's background, responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and Implement Literacy and Numeracy strategies at the K - 12 levels

Promoting and maintaining positive staff relations

Facilitate and coordinate the integration of technology in the classroom

Ensuring compliance of School Operations with Board Policies and Administrative Procedures

Supervise the Inclusive Education support team and resource management

Assisting in the Leadership Development Plan for the Division

Facilitate strategies for learning through implementation of effective assessment and instructional practices

Support and mentorship of school based Administrators

Supervise the Human Resources Department and coordinate staff hiring and evaluations

The successful candidate's will possess the following qualifications:
- Completed a Master's Degree in Education
- Previous school administration experience is an asset

Models and fosters an environment of strong student advocacy
- Exemplify leadership in a collaborative environment that builds an effective team

Ability to build effective, ethical, and collaborative relationships with students, staff, families and community partners

Commitment to personal and professional development, and on a divisional level
