```Duties:``` - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine the layout and assembly of mechanical systems - Fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components according to specifications - Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and join metal parts - Perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical systems as needed - Ensure that all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role - Strong welding skills and the ability to fabricate and assemble metal components - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings - Knowledge of plumbing systems and the ability to plumb mechanical components - Familiarity with rigging techniques for lifting heavy equipment - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of basic math principles Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
