Beam Pets Pharmacy, a leading online veterinary pharmacy headquartered in Ontario, is expanding into British Columbia. We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and entrepreneurial pharmacist to become the Pharmacy Manager of our new BC operation.
This is more than a traditional pharmacy manager role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, help build a new business from the ground up, and become a long-term partner in our success. For the right candidate, a pharmacy ownership opportunity may be available.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Pharmacy Manager for Beam Pets Pharmacy's BC operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable provincial and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, dispensing processes, quality assurance, and patient safety.
- Help establish and grow Beam's presence in British Columbia.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Support business development and operational improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain a positive, customer-focused pharmacy culture.
Qualifications Required
- Licensed Pharmacist in British Columbia.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow professionally.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience.
- Experience in community, online, specialty, or veterinary pharmacy.
- Multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, French, or other languages are considered strong assets).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
