The Opportunity
We are looking for a Hotel General Manager to join our team for our new location. The ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Experience: Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, preferably with experience in new property openings or significant brand launches.
· Leadership: Strong ability to build teams, mentor staff, and foster a positive culture from scratch.
· Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of hotel finance, budgeting, and revenue management.
· Operational Expertise: Extensive knowledge of all hotel departments, particularly in developing new workflows and implementing technology systems.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills to act as the primary liaison between director of operations, owners, and brand representative,
What You Have
- Previous experience in a management position and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest service standards.
- Service-focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.

Pay: $70,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
