have a strong background in aviation management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing
operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily aviation operations and staff
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
Manage scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
Lead, mentor, and develop team members
Handle incident reporting and ensure corrective actions are taken
Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Requirements:
Minimum 5 7 years of management experience in the aviation industry
Strong knowledge of aviation operations and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Aviation Management or related field
Experience with airport operations, airlines, or ground handling
Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations is an asset
