How You’ll Make an Impact
- Empower & Drive Success: Partner with the Clinic Manager to inspire and lead the team, achieving sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities to boost revenue and clinic performance.
- Team Development: Support onboarding, training, and coaching to help team members grow their skills and confidence.
- Create Real Transformations: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels and Hydrojelly masks.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Medical Aesthetician Diploma or Laser and Advanced skin certifications combined
· Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
· Be punctual, organised, and supportive, you will celebrate team wins to foster a positive, motivating workplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy, expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
