Responsibilities
· Create unforgettable experiences for every customer
· Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
· Prepare and serve exceptional coffee, espresso beverages, and prepare other menu items to company standards
· Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions
· Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
· Ensure drink quality, consistency, and presentation meet Artigiano brand expectations
· Restock supplies such as cups, syrups, milk, pastries, and retail products
· Keep the café, counters, seating areas, and equipment clean and sanitized
· Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
· Open and close the café, including cash handling, cleaning, and setup/breakdown tasks
· Support inventory checks and notify leadership of low stock or supply needs
· Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
· Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods
· Contribute to an efficient, positive, and brand-aligned café atmosphere
· Skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Skilled in preparing café beverages and bakery items with speed, accuracy, and pride
- Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
