Position Overview:
IceIQ is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help grow our coaching business. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for individuals who are confident communicating with athletes, parents, and hockey families.As a Sales Representative, you will connect with prospective clients, explain our coaching services, answer questions, and help players find the right development program for their goals.This position offers uncapped earning potential and is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy sales, sports, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads
- Communicate with hockey players and parents via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms
- Explain IceIQ's coaching and development services
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Track conversations and sales activity
- Close sales and assist clients through the onboarding process
- Represent the IceIQ brand professionally
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Passion for hockey is preferred
- Organized and goal-oriented
