Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is vital for maintaining smooth office operations and managing financial records accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in accounting software and bookkeeping, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk duties, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
- Handle payroll processing and related documentation
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning activities
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence management Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance roles preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is essential
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Experience with payroll processing and budgeting is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is desirable but not required
