We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or International Medical Graduate (IMG) to join our team in Havelock Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support individualized care plans for clients
- Coordinate appointments with physicians and specialists
- Liaise between patients, healthcare providers, and community resources
- Assist clients in completing medical forms (e.g., for work or school)
- Translate and explain medical terminology in clear, understandable language
- Support follow-up consultations and address patient inquiries
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing files, and reconciling transactions weekly
- Contribute to additional administrative or client support tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
- Current registration as an RPN or RN in Ontario, or an International Medical Graduate (IMG) with relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated initiative and a strong sense of ownership in a team environment
- Understanding of community healthcare resources and referral systems

Pay: $24.00 per hour
