About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Shop & Field Support Technician. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays busy, and is willing to help wherever needed to keep jobs running smoothly.
Work will be primarily in the shop, with regular support required on job sites and in the field.
Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role where day-to-day tasks may include:
- Assisting with general shop duties such as organizing materials, preparing jobs, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
- Supporting spray foam crews on job sites
- Assisting with attic blowing and insulation installation work
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Delivery driving of materials and tools to job sites
- Providing general labour support to installation crews as needed
- Following all safety procedures and maintaining a strong safety-first mindset
- Completing other duties as assigned based on operational needs
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working in both shop and outdoor job site environments
- Physically capable of lifting and handling materials
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience in construction, insulation, or spray foam is an asset but not required

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
