Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced auto sales professional or a proven sales star looking to break into the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-integrity sales experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through follow-ups, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and walkarounds with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, and financing options.
What We Are Looking For
- VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority of BC) License required to sell pre-owned vehicles.
- New to the auto industry? If you are a sales professional with a track record of success, a positive attitude, and a strong drive to learn, we will help you obtain your VSA license!
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Strong team player who aligns with our community-first values.
