Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Mortgage Brokerage team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, strengthening industry relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mortgage industry to expand market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract prospective clients and referral partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, financial advisors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal presentation, and closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Negotiate terms of agreements ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales within mortgage brokerage or financial services is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Experience with project management to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies tailored for financial products or services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales data.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, including prospecting new clients and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
