Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
- Develop and enhance enterprise applications within a distributed systems environment.
- Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and ongoing platform improvements.
- Build, support, and optimize cloud-based applications and supporting services.
- Design and maintain data structures, integrations, and application interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Our client:
A large enterprise organization based in Toronto, Ontario.
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
- 5-7 years of experience with Python and C++
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, container technologies, and modern development practices.
- Experience designing APIs, integrations, and scalable application architectures.
- Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling concepts.
- Experience working within Agile teams and contributing to end-to-end software delivery.
- Exposure to automation, AI-assisted development tools, or modern engineering practices is considered an asset.
