CurisRX Pharmacies is a growing group of independent community pharmacies serving patients across Calgary. We are currently seeking a Relief (Locum) Pharmacist to join our team and pick up weekday and/or weekend shifts at our various locations.

- Marda Loop - Pharm Drugstore + Compounding Pharmacy (3009 14 St SW, Calgary)
We offer flexible scheduling through our proprietary scheduling app, allowing pharmacists to view and claim available shifts that fit their availability.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications and provide appropriate counselling and dosage instructions
- Administer injections and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Stay informed about new medications, treatments, and developments in pharmacy practice
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care and customer service
- Answer patient questions requiring therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, and assessment
- Work effectively in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a community or clinical pharmacy setting
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc. Pharm) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
- Experience with dispensing and billing compounded medications is considered an asset
- Experience using Kroll pharmacy software is required
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different pharmacy environments
