About Sonder Studios
Sonder Studios is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Ontario, working with a curated roster of brands and businesses across North America. We use storytelling, strategic design, and intentional content to help our clients build an online presence that connects and converts.
We're looking for a Content Coordinator who is organized, creative, and genuinely excited to be part of the process. You'll be embedded across our client accounts—coordinating content, supporting on-site shoots, and ensuring everything we produce gets out into the world the way it was intended. You'll work closely with our Content Strategist, designers, editors, and Founder to keep projects moving and deliver exceptional client experiences.
This role is a full-time contract position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain monthly content calendars across client accounts
- Support the Content Strategist in bringing scripts and content plans to life across accounts
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and the Founder on content execution
- Attend and support on-site content shoots throughout the GTA, including managing shot lists, organizing assets, coordinating logistics, and capturing iPhone content
- Upload, organize, and maintain all content assets in client folders and Rella
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, including manual scheduling to Instagram and Facebook for partner network collaboration
- Support client communications, including asset collection, approval follow-ups, and review reminders
- Handle light graphic design tasks, such as exporting assets and updating presentations in Canva
- Compile performance reports and send client-facing notification emails
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, content, social media, or agency support role
- Have a genuine love for storytelling and a natural eye for what makes content resonate
- Are highly organized and thrive on managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and team members
- Are proactive and solutions-oriented, taking initiative when challenges arise
- Are comfortable on set and confident using an iPhone camera with a basic understanding of framing and shot composition
- Have experience with scheduling platforms or are open to learning Rella
- Have basic Canva skills for light editing and asset management
- Are based in Ontario and available for on-site content shoots throughout the GTA
- Bonus: Have basic video editing experience for social media content
Additional Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel regularly to client locations throughout the GTA
- Access to a smartphone capable of capturing high-quality photo and video content
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
