Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate quotes about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately
- Support sales initiatives through upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify areas for service improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet organizational goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong MS tools knowledge (excel, words, and etc.. .)
- Ability to perform data entry with high accuracy and efficiency
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases

Pay: $3,333.00-$4,200.00 per month
