Job Summary
A compassionate and experienced Complex Trauma Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing specialized therapeutic services to adults who have experienced complex trauma, supporting their emotional and psychological recovery. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge collaborating with other healthcare professionals, employers, insurance, and legal teams.
The candidate should have formal training in EMDR.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients affected by complex trauma to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, case managers, and employers to coordinate care.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with respective college and legislation.
- Stay current with advancements in trauma therapy and related fields through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) or Psychotherapist (MSW)
- Attend clinical supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Keen desire to join a practice for the long term
Pay: $108.00-$150.00 per hour
