What You Get
Competitive compensation , with an anticipated annual base salary of $50,000-$60,000, based on your experience, skills, qualifications, and market location.
Performance-based earning potential through a discretionary sales incentive bonus targeted at 15% of your annual salary, based on the achievement of defined objectives and plan terms. Bonuses are not guaranteed.

What You Will Get To Do
Act as the main point of contact for the company in the field, providing customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to our end users
Visit a variety of end user job sites and tools cribs in assigned region
Assist sales team at distribution sales events, developing new contacts, and closing sales
Build and maintain relationships with end users and internal sales team
Coordinate and manage of top customer purchasing
Support our distribution network as it pertains to large user needs
Develop new business within assigned region
Who You Are
College or University graduate
Experience in sales and/or marketing, with a record of demonstrated achievements
Willingness to travel
Ability to work some weekends as needed
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Creativity and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency with computer software including MS Word and Outlook
Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
