Job Description:
MTE Logistix LP is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Dispatcher on Night Shift to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This position accepts all appointment booking requests, prioritizes all client orders, books all delivery appointments, and organizes all receiving and shipping paperwork. This individual should have a broad range of customer focused skills and interests and be able to display a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player is crucial and candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities. Having a general knowledge of the warehousing industry is a strong asset.

About YOU:
You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment where managing multiple priorities comes naturally. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you take pride in ensuring accuracy when coordinating shipments, schedules, and documentation. You communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers, and you’re confident using dispatch systems, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office tools. A proactive problem-solver, you adapt quickly, make sound decisions under pressure, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in dispatching, logistics, or a 3PL warehouse environment is considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate outbound (shipping) transportation and complete all daily appointment logs.
- Daily use of SAP EWM and SAP ERP Central Component Software
- Accept pick tickets/Bills of Lading, sort & prioritize for warehouse staff and communicate with drivers.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years dispatch experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Logistics Software (SAP)
- High levels of accuracy with regards to typing, data entry and transfer, and order entry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented with great time management skills.
Nice to Have:
- 3PL experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management System(s)
