Project Coordinator | New Construction
We're working with a well-established, family-owned General Contractor with 30+ years delivering commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-residential projects across BC and the Yukon. They're looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team.
Location: Comox/Courtenay/Campbell River
What you'll do:
- Support PMs and Superintendents on active projects
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement
- Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, change orders, and project close-out
- Support client communication and site safety documentation
What they're looking for:
- 2+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator in ICI construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with construction documentation and project software
- Team-oriented and eager to grow
Experience on community or First Nations projects is an asset but not essential.
