Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely delivery
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours to ensure efficient service
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels as needed
- Adhere to health regulations and sanitation standards
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food service environment
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
