Job Overview
We’re looking for energetic Café Team Members to join our crew in New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, and Burnaby. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in great coffee, and values friendly customer interactions. As part of our all-rounder team, you’ll be serving beverages, handling payments, keeping the café clean & tidy, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Duties
- Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages following café standards.
- Greet customers, take orders, and ensure each guest feels welcome.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash securely.
- Keep counters, machines, and utensils clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Assist with food service and light preparation while following safety and hygiene practices.
- Stay on top of multiple tasks during busy rushes without compromising quality.
- Work closely with teammates to keep the café running smoothly.
- Cleaning and closing tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Barista with 1+ years experience.
- Strong people skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Comfort with using a cash register or POS system.
- Good time management and multitasking ability.
- Understanding of food safety.
- Team player with clear communication skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
