This is a field level job, not shop! Installation and welding of structural and miscellaneous steel products on site. Must be able to evaluate a site and project, identify a safe effective method for material installation, and execute the installation in a safe effective manner. Experience with blueprints, experience at heights, and welding education are required. Job is often physically strenuous, applicant should expect this and be physically capable as a requirement. Must be comfortable working at heights. Applicant must have an all position CWB welding license in SMAW. Must have field level experience! Must have excellent English language skills. Must have excellent basic math including fraction calculation for using imperial measurement. The intent is to hire an individual that can work and lead a 2-3 person team independently. Successful candidate will be eligible to be put on salary up to 80k per year to start. Position will have a probation period as only qualified individuals as described above will retain employment. Must have valid drivers license. Successful candidate will potentially be eligible to drive company truck from own residence to site depending on circumstances.
