About RonOvations
RonOvations is a growing roofing and exterior restoration company operating across Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. We're looking for an organized, reliable, and motivated Office Assistant to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming Workiz leads
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Provide occasional evening and weekend phone coverage
- Create iRoof reports (training provided)
- Prepare estimates and invoices
- Perform customer follow-ups
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and tracking charts
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Support the office team with day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM software is an asset
- Experience with Workiz, iRoof, roofing, construction, or restoration is an advantage but not required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
