Join The Vape Store team!! We are hiring in our Whitby location for a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Provide customer-focused solutions and match them with appropriate product types
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of and experience with vaping products is preferred
