Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Automotive Shop Supervisor to lead our team at the location. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of automotive technicians, and ensure every customer receives fast, professional, and friendly preventive maintenance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Operations: Coordinate daily bay schedules to maximize efficiency and maintain our fast, appointment-free service standard.
- Manage Team: Train, mentor, and supervise technicians on safety, vehicle inspections, fluid changes, and tire services.
- Quality Control: Oversee the execution of our Signature Service Oil Changes and technical procedures to ensure top-notch automotive care.
- Customer Service: Interact with guests, explain service recommendations transparently, and resolve any customer satisfaction issues promptly.
- Inventory & Safety: Monitor inventory levels of motor oil, filters, and parts while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant shop.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in automotive service, quick-lube environments, or retail management.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating a team.
- Deep knowledge of preventive automotive maintenance, fluid dynamics, and tool safety.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
