About the Opportunity
We are expanding our brand and opening brand-new salon locations in the Northwest Territories! We are looking for two dynamic, self-motivated Hair Stylists / Salon Associates to join our founding team.
Because we are launching in a high-demand northern market with limited competition, your potential to build a packed book of clients immediately is massive. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for talented, entrepreneurial beauty professionals who want their income to directly reflect their hard work, skill, and speed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair consultations, cutting, styling, and chemical/color services.
- Perform high-quality nail treatments or advanced aesthetic services for clients (if qualified/certified).
- Deliver top-tier customer service to build client loyalty and drive repeat community business.
- Educate clients on retail products and achieve daily/weekly salon sales goals.
- Maintain strict station cleanliness, tool sanitation, and professional salon presentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Legal Status: All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Salon Associate. Hair styling certification/licensing is required.
- Specialized Skills: Experience or certificates in advanced nail technology (gels, acrylics) or further aesthetics is a massive asset and will be highly rewarded.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial, target-driven personality with a strong work ethic.
- Reliability: Utmost dependability regarding your full-time schedule is an absolute must.
- Background Check: Must be able to provide a clean Criminal Record Check upon request.
