Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Part-Time Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical role suited for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in detailed results, and provides great customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Preference for candidates living in North Vancouver
- Comfortable with clients’ pets
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of balconies and exterior surfaces
- Deliver high-quality, detailed results
- Interact professionally with clients and residents
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
Training
Compensation & Schedule
- $22/hour + discretionary performance bonus
- Part-time: approximately 4–5 hours per day
- Shifts typically start at 8:00 AM
- Opportunity for additional hours and growth
