We are actively recruiting an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple One Vascular clinic locations across Ontario. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting Clinic Leads and administrative teams, ensuring consistent patient experiences, and partnering with physicians and senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.
The Regional Manager will provide coaching, oversight, and accountability across all assigned clinics while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional patient care.
Regional Manager – Job Responsibilities
Operations & Regional Leadership
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinic locations, ensuring consistency in service delivery, workflow efficiency, and operational standards.
- Support and mentor Clinic Leads, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure clinics operate in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational best practices.
- Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall clinic performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to support staff, evaluate operations, and maintain organizational standards.
Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Clinic Leads and administrative teams.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and leadership to promote employee engagement and professional growth.
- Support performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and employee development plans in partnership with Human Resources.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture across all locations.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels while supporting scheduling, recruitment planning, and succession planning.
Physician & Clinical Partnership
- Build strong working relationships with physicians, technologists, and clinical teams to support efficient clinic operations.
- Collaborate with providers to optimize clinic schedules, patient flow, and resource utilization.
- Address operational concerns promptly while supporting physicians in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Facilitate communication between clinics and senior leadership to ensure organizational alignment.
Financial & Business Performance
- Monitor regional operational budgets and support cost-effective resource management.
- Review clinic productivity, patient volumes, scheduling efficiency, and key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance while maintaining high-quality patient care.
- Support business growth initiatives, including new clinic openings, service expansions, and operational integration.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PHIPA, occupational health and safety requirements, infection prevention protocols, and organizational policies.
- Monitor documentation standards, EMR utilization, and administrative processes across all clinics.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support implementation of standardized operating procedures.
- Respond to patient concerns and coordinate service recovery efforts when necessary.
Reporting & Strategic Planning
- Provide regular operational reports to senior leadership on clinic performance, staffing, patient experience, and key initiatives.
- Analyze trends and recommend strategies to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction.
- Support organizational planning, change management initiatives, and implementation of new programs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on regional operational planning and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of progressive healthcare administration or operations experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site leadership or regional management role.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with Accuro or similar EMR systems is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of PHIPA, healthcare privacy legislation, and healthcare operational best practices.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations.
