Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Summer Student Laborers to join our team for the upcoming season. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, office maintenance, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have an interest in outdoor work, gardening, and mechanical tasks, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a variety of site improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery under supervision
- Perform gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching
- Help with general site cleanup and debris removal
- Support construction-related activities including material handling and basic assembly
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and assist with maintenance tasks to ensure safety and functionality
- Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to, landscaping, or construction is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Experience with, hand tools, or power tools is advantageous but training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
- Must be at least 16 years old or older

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
