We're on the hunt for a passionate Montessori educator who loves creating wonder-filled classrooms where children lead their own learning. Your Day-to-Day:
- Planning and delivering engaging indoor and outdoor Montessori programs weekly
- Guiding children through practical life, sensorial, language, math, art, music, and cultural activities
- Observing children closely and using those observations to inform your teaching
- Keeping detailed class documentation including logbooks, development charts, and material tracking
- Preparing and distributing report cards and conducting parent-teacher interviews
- Collaborating with your team to maintain an inspiring, beautifully organized classroom
- Attending staff meetings and in-service training (PA days)
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or a Montessori Teacher Certificate
- 2 years of Montessori classroom experience (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (including infant)
- Immunization records and a clear Criminal Reference Check
- Excellent communication skills and a natural rapport with children
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with Microsoft Office/Outlook

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Burlington, ON L7N 3H5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Montessori: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
