Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Grant & Funding Administrative Coordinator to support our funding operations team.
This role combines administrative coordination, funding research, internal operations support, and customer service collaboration. You’ll play an important part in helping our team stay informed about new funding opportunities, ensuring internal workflows are running smoothly, and assisting with customer funding support initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, comfortable communicating with grant and funding organizations, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Researching Canadian funding programs, grants, loans, and government support initiatives
- Creating funding reports and funding match summaries for customers based on their business information
- Contacting funding organizations to gather updated information, eligibility details, deadlines, and application requirements
- Identifying and reporting new funding opportunities to the internal funding team
- Assisting with internal operations and helping ensure projects and workflows are progressing efficiently
- Coordinating with team members, researchers, subcontractors, and support staff
- Responding to internal CSR inquiries regarding why certain funding programs may or may not be a good fit for customers
- Assisting with organizing funding databases, records, and program documentation
- Helping manage and organize large volumes of customer funding application requests
- Assisting with funding application preparation and submission processes as the role develops
- Supporting additional administrative and operational tasks across departments as needed

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, research, operations, grants, funding, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through

Pay: $56,500.00 per year
