We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training.
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
- Manage food inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper storage practices
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area in accordance with safety standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus and special offerings
- Serve meals efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards
- Lead by example in maintaining a positive work environment and fostering teamwork
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
- Supervising experience within a food service or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Solid understanding of the food industry, including current trends and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Experience with kitchen operations, food service, and hospitality standards is highly desirable

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
