Pizza Cook (Part-Time, Leading to Full-Time)

Strathcona Beer Company is looking for a passionate and reliable Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team at our East Vancouver tasting room.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen and takes pride in producing consistently great food. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking our pizza program while supporting the overall kitchen operation during service.
This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Stretch, build, and cook pizzas during service
- Assist with prep and execution of other menu items as required
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience making pizzas in a restaurant environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Food Safe certification is an asset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
