We’re busy, growing and need another solid person on the team.
Locally owned, serving the Annapolis Valley for years. Steady mix of residential, commercial and industrial work—homes, businesses and farms. Small crew, solid group, no shortage of work.
We’re looking for someone already in the trades who wants to get into HVAC/Refrigeration and build a long-term career.
Who you are:
- Currently in a trade (Electrical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, Handyman, etc.) and looking to make a move
- Mechanically inclined and not afraid of a hard day’s work
- Show up on time, take pride in your work, and pull your weight
- Good with customers and able to represent the company well
- Comfortable with tools and able to handle basic troubleshooting
- Able to keep up in a busy environment
What you’ll be doing:
- Installs, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform service calls — residential, commercial, and industrial
- Working on heat pumps, ducted and ductless systems
- Preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
- Learning HVAC/R hands-on from experienced techs
- New builds and retrofit jobs
What the job looks like:
- Monday–Friday days
- Rotating on-call
- Overtime when it’s there
- Vehicle and phone can be worked out
- Full-time, steady work (non-union)
Bottom line:
You don’t need HVAC experience—we’ll teach you.
You do need trade experience, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
