As a member of our Shared Services team located within our Scarborough Consilium office, the administrative assistant will support the Defined Contribution Pension Administration department with all day-to-day fulfillment and other administrative tasks,

What you’ll do:

Support training / knowledge transfer on Buck clients / processes
-
Participate in training on new TELUS Health processes
-
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, faxes
-
Receive and respond to team inquiries and requests
-
Ensure all audit and peer review processes are followed
-
Understand and manage daily tasks based on team and client priorities
-
Attend and participate in team and department level meetings
-
Assist with invoicing clients and other providers
-
Participate in annual and adhoc projects as required (year end statements, tax slips, audits, etc.)
Your Profile:

Knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook, Teams, Google, Workday

Salary Range : 39,900.00 - 42,000.00 CAD Annual
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
