Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Keep organized records of sales activities and customer interactions for follow-up
- Support inventory management and assist in stock replenishment as needed
- Demonstrate professionalism through effective phone etiquette and communication skills
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
- Experience in technology sales, retail sales, or merchandising is preferred
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and technical sales approaches
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer trust
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales techniques
Pay: $1,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
