We're seeking motivated and outgoing Business Sales Agents to join our growing team in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound sales in the multi-family housing sector.
- Conduct outreach to property managers and decision-makers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Deliver effective in-person product demonstrations and close sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from first contact to signed contract and installation coordination.
- Build strong relationships by understanding client concerns and offering tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in direct sales, B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face prospecting.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel locally within the Vancouver area.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
What We Offer

- Earnings: Commission-based, average $50,000–$80,000 per year

Compensation
- $20/hour + Commissions or Commission-Only (Higher Earning Tier)
- Expected Monthly Earnings: $4,000–$7,000+ depending on performance
