Field Training Manager (Up to 50% Travel)

Full-Time | Field Leadership | Retail & Credit Card Program Enablement
KSG is seeking a dynamic Field Training Manager to oversee and lead the rollout of a national co-branded credit card program in partnership with our client and major retail brands. This high-impact role will directly manage a team of eight (7) Field Marketing Representatives, driving performance, training, reporting, and client success across the GTA and Quebec.
What You'll Do
- Lead a regional team of 7 Field Marketing Representative responsible for training retail staff on credit card program benefits and in-store engagement.
- Oversee onboarding, scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking across all field staff.
- Partner closely with clients, retail store leaders, and KSG leadership to align on goals and execution.
- Deliver regular reports on field activity, store feedback, and performance insights.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits to support and coach team members, while maintaining strong partner relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, sales training, or customer engagement (retail/financial services is an asset).
- Proven leadership in managing distributed teams and executing national training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%. A vehicle is a must!
