We are seeking an EDI specialist to join a company in women’s apparel in Montreal’s fashion industry!
Full time. Permanent.
Responsibilities :Enter and analyze customer forecasts
· Review data from customer portal against internal information
· Receive and process EDI transmissions
· Address and troubleshoot all EDI related issues
· Analyse allocation and contract match
· Review EDI against forecast order and communicate to customer any needed changes
· Follow up with internal teams on incoming shipments from suppliers to make sure they meet needed MABD dates
· Process picks for confirmed orders
· Communicate with the 3PL to resolve any issues
· Follow up on routing and shipments of orders
· Daily review of reports of all open orders
· Review of OTIF and other key performance indicators monthly
· Communicate with management and recommend improvements
Requirements
· Knowledge of EDI transactions, minimum 5 years’ experience
· Advanced knowledge of Excel, minimum 3 years’ experience
· Walmart USA experience is an asset
· Retail link experience is an asset
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Able to analyze and prepare reports
· Problem solving mind set
· Detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Momentis ERP system knowledge an asset
