Overview
We are seeking for an esteemed private high school, passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teachers to instruct students from Kindergarten through Grade 7. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs, and promote academic growth and social development. Needs
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for various grade levels, including early childhood education.
- Deliver instruction in core subjects , and other relevant areas, utilizing effective teaching strategies.
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and observations; provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students , ensuring inclusive classroom environments.
- Incorporate technology and computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools, to enhance learning experiences.
- Manage classroom behavior to create a safe and respectful environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success and address individual learning needs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other student information using organizational skills.

Skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience working with children across various age groups within elementary education settings.
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching techniques and classroom management.
- Excellent organizational skills for lesson planning, record keeping, and time management.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational software applications.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs, including special education requirements.
- Writing skills for creating instructional materials, reports, and communication documents related to student progress. Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
