Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sign Installer (3 5 years) to lead onsite projects. From operating bucket trucks for high-reach commercial branding to
precision ladder work for storefront signage, you will be the face of our installation team. If you have a solid mechanical background and aren't afraid of
heights, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
High-Reach Installation: Safely operate and work from bucket trucks and aerial lifts to install large-scale commercial signage. Perform onsite
installation of vinyl graphics, channel letters, pylon signs, monuments, and ADA-compliant interior signage.
Technical Mounting: Expertly install channel letters, dimensional logos, and illuminated box signs onto various building facades.
Field Mechanics: Utilize ladders, power tools, and hardware to ensure every sign is structurally sound and perfectly leveled.
Wiring: Perform basic electrical hookups for illuminated "Fire Wings" style signage and LEDs.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the service truck and all installation tools are organized and in safe working order.
Requirements
Experience: 3 5 years in professional sign installation or a related field (construction, electrical, or glazing).
Heights: Must be 100% comfortable working on tall ladders and in bucket truck cradles.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy signage components and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Tools: Proficient with drills, grinders, levels, and mounting hardware.
Driver's License: Valid license required (Clean MVR preferred for operating service trucks).
