We are looking for a Email Coordinator (Third Party eBlasts) to join our team!
As part of the eMarketing team, the primary responsibility of the Email Coordinator will be to support custom third party eBlasts. The Email Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marketing assets, building and deploying email campaigns, implementing HTML updates, and creating targeted audience lists to optimize campaign performance and deliver strong client results. The successful candidate will report to the Team Lead, eMarketing - Third Party eBlasts to ensure the seamless execution of all custom Third Party eBlasts and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, edit, and deploy third-party email campaigns, including HTML and custom email builds.
- Create, manage, and optimize audience segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and maximize email performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe metrics, providing insights to support ongoing optimization.
- Work closely with the Team Lead, and clients to A/B test subject lines, email styles, and nurture campaigns
Qualification:
- 1+ years of experience working with email marketing.
- 1+ years of experience building and editing HTML emails, with proficiency using both HTML code and drag-and-drop email templates.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
- Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with HTML code, and email optimization required.

Compensation:
- The expected salary range for this position is $45,000- $50,000 CAD per year, commensurate with
experience. Benefits package includes health and dental coverage, paid vacation, and professional development support.
