We're Hiring! Social Media & Content Creator
Location: Big Deez Donair & Sandwiches – Winnipeg, MB
Do you love creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook? Are you the type of person who sees a perfectly wrapped sandwich and immediately wants to film it?
We're looking for a creative, reliable person to help grow our restaurant's online presence. This isn't a corporate marketing job—we're looking for someone who enjoys making engaging content that gets people excited to try great food.
What You'll Do
- Visit the restaurant 2–3 times per week.
- Film and photograph our food, kitchen, and daily operations.
- Create and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels).
- Design and schedule social media posts.
- Post stories throughout the week.
- Respond to comments and messages when needed.
- Help brainstorm promotions, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns.
- Keep our social media pages active, fresh, and engaging.
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating content for social media (professional or personal).
- Comfortable filming and editing videos on your phone or camera.
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends.
- Creative, self-motivated, and organized.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Photography, graphic design, or marketing experience is an asset but not required.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on your experience, skills, and availability.
In addition to your base compensation, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses for helping grow the business. Bonuses may be awarded based on:
- Sales generated through social media promotions.
- Growth in engagement and followers.
- Customer reviews.
- Successful promotional campaigns.
- Viral or high-performing content.
